Yes! The Counseling Affect offers free phone consultations with a qualified mental health provider in order to:
1. discuss your areas of concern,
2. see if one of our counselors is a good fit for you, and
3. discuss insurance and other payment options.

Typically a session will last about 55 minutes.

No, you do not have to participate in individual therapy in order to participate in our groups. Many find that it is helpful to pair both individual and group therapy but it is not a requirement.

Group is typically $40 a session. Some groups may offer a “package” deal, Some insurances will cover group therapy.

YES! We counsel all ages from preschool through adulthood, and will consult with you to determine which of our counselors is the best fit.
