Group Therapy

A safe group setting provides people with similar needs and concerns opportunities to grow and learn socially and emotionally.

Therapy is tailored to the specific needs of each client.

  • • Learning about other’s experiences and their responses and reflections.

    • Receiving insight and support from others in similar situations.

    • Improving and promoting positive self-awareness and socialization skills.

    • Developing listening and other interpersonal communication skills.

    • Practicing communication skills in a safe social environment, other than 1:1 with a counselor.

Family Therapy

During these sessions, families can work on their communication, problem solving and parenting skills with the guidance of a mental health professional in a safe and controlled environment.
