"Sometimes we have to look at all our options in order to create change."
-Rhonda Pierce
Rhonda became a therapist because she loves helping others. Her empathetic personality allows her to take a slow, analytic approach that moves into Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Visualization, Journaling, Art therapy and homework.
Since the pandemic she has noticed a rise among adolescents in overly relying on technology to be a “friend”, a “teacher” and an “escape”. Many teens have experienced a definite negative impact from incorrect use of technology, including anxiety associated with Zoom meetings. She is here to help her clients navigate these emotions and function from a place of peace.
Trust & Safety
Rhonda establishes trust and understanding in her client relationships in order to create a safe therapeutic environment. She wants her clients to know they have options in life and believes there is always a solution to our problems.
More About Rhonda
Rhonda believes some dreams are our subconscious’ way to solve problems and is currently creating a dream work manual. She hopes her work will help others recognize patterns and behaviors their dreams are revealing.
Outside of work you’ll find her enjoying quiet times or going on adventures with her family, exploring clay work and photography and volunteering in the community.
